MegaCard has extensive experience in producing card layouts. In collaboration with customers and advertising agencies, we are able to produce a design that is an important part of a company's trademark strategy.

Card designs have become increasingly important, and over the past year we have seen international credit card companies, fuel companies and corporate chains change their layouts. Our ambition is to be the leading Nordic supplier of new designs and innovative card layouts on the market.

Our ambition is to be the obvious supplier of plastic cards in the Nordic countries. Our annual production capacity is in excess of 350 million cards thanks to our main supplier. The cards are produced at 5 factories in accordance with ISO 7816, which ensures your company's needs for quality and function.

MegaCard already produces and delivers several million cards annually to our Swedish card customers.

We adhere to the prepress instructions we produced in order to ensure all the processes in the chain of card production. We are able to quickly produce test cards or colour proofs, as well as offer very short delivery times.

MegaCard's service bureau is located in newly renovated premises in Strängnäs outside Stockholm. We offer daily service as well as weekly, monthly or seasonal production.

The service bureau is built modularly in order to allow several jobs to run simultaneously, as well as for large jobs to be completed on the same occasion. This is possible as we have several different coding machines that are able to work individually and in parallel.

We code, thermopress and imprint over 800,000 cards per month in 2 shifts. Together with our Partners/DZ, we are able to offer a capacity of an additional 400,000 per month.

In collaboration with our customers and partners, we produce optimal materials for card mailings. We produce everything from pre-printed four-colour address carriers to simpler solutions with printed text. MegaCard ensures that all the order points, deliveries, stocks and production of these products are in place.

When our services are utilized, there is also the option of developing new solutions and layouts at a reasonable cost without expensive middlemen. It could involve wanting to apply several cards on an address carrier, or having account stipulations printed on the back of it.

We are constantly on the lookout for cost efficient solutions for our customers through conscious sourcing.

The basis of logistics is to have the right product, at the right place at the right price. This is a guiding principle for MegaCard to be able to deliver what we promise, so that our customers can keep their promises to their own customers. For that reason, we place a great deal of focus on the chain of logistics as early as from production of a test card to daily production.

MegaCard has also chosen to be be proactive towards its customers, which in practice means that we "sound the alarm" before it is too late. Customers always have the opportunity to react, and together with MegaCard find a solution to the situation.

Thanks to our solid experience and customer demand for cost efficiency, MegaCard offers several distribution solutions. We utilize both regular mail and a company called Citymail in addition to courier companies to deliver our packages.
